Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, healthy supplements or drinks cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Delivery Methods & Timing (Estimated days arrival):
- Domestic Shipping: Parcels are dispatched daily via Ninja Van courier. Domestic (Malaysia) estimated days arrival are in between 1 to 5 days (depending on the logistic). Al Haraman does not responsible for any late dispatch on courier side.
- International Shipping: Parcels are dispatched daily via GDEX courier. Delivery times for international shipments can be tracked on the GDEX website. International shipping estimated days arrival will be 7 days up to 14 days depending on the logistics. Al Haraman does not responsible for any late dispatch on logistic side.

A return refers to replacing your purchased item with the same type of product to ensure you receive the correct item. -
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective items.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

- The estimated time for completing the return depends on the logistic provider’s delivery times.

Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are issued for items that are unavailable, damaged during shipment, or under exceptional circumstances as determined by Al Haraman.
- Refunds will only cover the item price and exclude any shipping fees.
